This “mystery” is God’s plan for both Jews and Gentiles to receive His gift of salvation. We are one body in Christ, and this was mysterious news to a divided culture back then…but it can also reveal points of division in our own hearts. Are you tempted to withhold or reserve God’s grace from anyone?
Later on, we read a beautiful prayer from Paul, and we’re reminded that we pray to the God of immeasurably more! Do your prayers reflect that?
